Returns & Refunds

  • We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of misuse, physical damage, or modification.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, used cameras or devices that have been powered on and show signs of use cannot be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.

  • Returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction with image style or tone are not accepted. Every camera’s image aesthetic is part of its unique design and experience.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your camera arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. A clear photo or video showing the issue

  2. Your order number

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation.
If this occurs, please reach out to your local postal carrier or delivery service.
